Baron Von Fancy Fancies Up The Vans Authentic

After putting his mark on a pair of Vans Slip-ons, American multimedia artist Baron Von Fancy has now added his creative touch to the Authentic as well.

Presented in clean white canvas, the sneaker is covered in various phrases written in BVF’s distinctive script, such as “hold your own hand,” “curiousity did not kill the cat,” and that infamous adage from Charles Bukowski, “find what you love and let it kill you.” The waffled underside of the outsole and the insole are both blue, the latter of which also bears the Baron’s name.
The Baron Von Fancy Vans “Authentic” (which totally should’ve been called the Baron Vans Fancy) is out now and retails for roughly $85.
